Always a must! We hit this spot every time we come to town. The Vegetarian Pho and Boba tea for me

Delicious! Quick! Well priced! Small seating area but a lot of people do takeout so you can likely score a seat. Very casual and you bus your own table. The tables are well stocked with all condiments

Amazing and super fresh food with homemade chilli oil on the table, love the vibe, staff is amazing and so sweet, and a great deal. I'm a college student and eat here once or twice a week

I since moved away from Wilmington but continue to go to Pho Cafe when I make trips back. The food is so GOOD and leaves me feeling good too. Great prices too. Not sure if April, the lady who gave us terrible service is still there, but the food deserves 5 stars.

To be honest, the past couple of visits haven't been as good as past dines. Placed an online order for delivery and when it got to me, some items were completely different - called them And they said they ran out of their steamed rice rolls and instead gave me......plain white rice. Head scratcher and I wish they could have reached out to tell me before hand. Dined in and got their BBH. From the initial look of it, I could tell it wasn't going to be as flavorful and not as good as past bowls. Definitely lacked the definite flavor of a BBH, no red tone, no spice or oil. Wasn't bad bowl of noodles, but not BBH by any means. Not sure if just different cooks/staff overall, but not the sure fire authentic viet spot as I remembered. Would still recommend this semi-hole in the wall over the "popular" Asian restaurant over there.

MY FAVORITE PLACE EVER! The bun bo hue is the most flavorful dish it is seriously so amazing. I come here atleast once a week if not more. So happy they decided to bring back take out, since there is never any space in their small restaurant. I LOVE YALL

Friendly counter service. Food was very good and authentic. Very small inside and you bus your own table. They do not take to go orders but you can get a container for left overs. Toppings could have been a little fresher but overall this was an enjoyable meal I would have again.

We originally were going to go to Indochine but the wait was going to be over an hour for 2 people so we found this spot instead. Fair to say that I will be planning on coming back to this spot whenever I am in Wilmington. Even though the place was very casual the ambiance and food itself reminded me of home. I forgot to take a pic but we got the combination pho and spicy beef noodle soup both of which were delicious (the meats were very tender) The spot reminded me of another pho place that had closed down in Boston so I was very happy when we tried this place out! Would recommend supporting this small business!

Coming from Atlanta, where small pho is at least $15 I was blown away by the price and to be honest was a bit skeptical. But I was pleasantly surprised! The inside is small but cute. You order at the counter and seat yourself. Our food came out super fast! The tables are well stocked with utensils and spices! We ordered spicy beef noodle soup, combination pho and pan fried dumplings. Both soups tastes great and hit the spot on a chilly night! Dumpling were very tasty too. I will definitely make this my go to spot on my frequent trips to Wilmington.
